As a Shift Leader, you will supervise shifts and ensure high-quality products and exceptional customer service at our Papa John’s restaurant. What You'll Do
- Supervise restaurant operations during shifts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Deliver high-quality products that meet Papa John’s standards and accurately reflect customer orders.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns, utilizing feedback to improve operations.
- Train and communicate quality standards to team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and energy.
- Manage staffing levels according to projected sales, ensuring the team is prepared to meet customer expectations.
- Contribute to sales goals through excellent customer service and effective team training.
- Execute cash management duties and maintain inventory levels to minimize loss.
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, safe, and organized, complying with safety and security standards.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry is preferred.
- Strong cash management skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead a team effectively with minimal supervision.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Bilingual skills are a plus in certain markets.
