About the Role

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair Toyota vehicles to OEM standards, ensuring high-quality service.
• Handle warranty and customer-pay work with accuracy, maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Produce 40–60+ flat-rate hours weekly, maximizing your earning potential.
• Maintain strong efficiency and a low comeback rate, contributing to the shop's success.
• Complete thorough multi-point inspections to build trust with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum A6 ASE Certification REQUIRED.
• Strong diagnostic ability with prior dealership experience.
• Team-first mindset, contributing positively to the shop culture.
• Ability to diagnose issues correctly the first time.
• Experience working in a high-volume service environment.

Nice to Have

• Toyota Master Diagnostic Technician (MDT) certification.
• Experience with customer service in a dealership setting.
• Leadership experience or aspirations for growth within the company.
