Service Center Collaborator - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Service Center Collaborator to join our team at Ariston Group. This remote opportunity allows you to engage with customers and provide top-notch service while working from the comfort of your own home. As a Service Center Collaborator, you will handle customer inquiries and ensure their needs are met efficiently.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to incoming customer requests via phone and email, addressing issues such as repairs, service initiation, and annual maintenance.
  • Analyze customer needs through attentive listening and targeted questioning, scheduling or modifying appointments as necessary.
  • Proactively manage customer complaints, guiding them to the appropriate contacts within the company.
  • Coordinate service initiation with installers and internal teams across our eight branches in Switzerland.
  • Maintain and update the database of installations, ensuring accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Work closely with colleagues in a team of eight, fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Dynamic individual comfortable with customer interactions and daily exchanges.
  • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on prioritization and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Fluent in French (oral and written); knowledge of German and/or English is an asset.
  • Additional language skills are appreciated.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer service or support roles.
  • Familiarity with energy solutions or related industries.
