Service Center Collaborator - Remote Opportunity
About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Service Center Collaborator to join our team at Ariston Group. This remote opportunity allows you to engage with customers and provide top-notch service while working from the comfort of your own home. As a Service Center Collaborator, you will handle customer inquiries and ensure their needs are met efficiently.
What You'll Do
- Respond to incoming customer requests via phone and email, addressing issues such as repairs, service initiation, and annual maintenance.
- Analyze customer needs through attentive listening and targeted questioning, scheduling or modifying appointments as necessary.
- Proactively manage customer complaints, guiding them to the appropriate contacts within the company.
- Coordinate service initiation with installers and internal teams across our eight branches in Switzerland.
- Maintain and update the database of installations, ensuring accurate records of customer interactions.
- Work closely with colleagues in a team of eight, fostering a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Dynamic individual comfortable with customer interactions and daily exchanges.
- Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on prioritization and solution-oriented thinking.
- Team spirit and ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
- Fluent in French (oral and written); knowledge of German and/or English is an asset.
- Additional language skills are appreciated.
