About the Role

Laramie Peak Motors Ford in Wheatland, WY is seeking the right person to join our service team as a Service Advisor remote. What You'll Do

  • Efficiently schedule service appointments and greet customers promptly with a high level of friendliness and empathy.
  • Accurately obtain customer and vehicle information while listening carefully, asking pertinent questions, and clearly reporting all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer.
  • Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage, and history of the vehicle.
  • Prepare a complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts, and professionally present the vehicle needs to the owner, confidently asking for approval.
  • Establish preferred method of communication with the vehicle owner and monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, updating customers frequently or as desired.
  • Verify that all quoted and authorized repairs are completed and that the final invoice matches customer expectations.
  • Perform tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor or Dealer Principal.

Requirements

  • Possess a positive, friendly attitude, high energy level, and willingness to serve others.
  • Personal and professional integrity with a proven record of providing exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Previous experience at a dealership is a plus, but not required.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems quickly; knowledge of automobiles is helpful.
  • Computer skills and willingness to learn new programs and use all provided technology tools.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in customer service or automotive industry.
  • Familiarity with automotive repair processes.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
