About the Role

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to join our performance marketing team. This SEO Specialist remote position will focus on executing and optimizing SEO strategies aimed at driving organic growth and improving search visibility for our eCommerce clients. You will work collaboratively in a cross-channel performance environment alongside specialists in Paid Search, Paid Social, and DSP.

What You'll Do

  • Execute on-page and technical SEO initiatives to enhance organic performance.
  • Conduct keyword research and support content optimization strategies.
  • Monitor organic performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Support SEO audits and implement technical recommendations.
  • Analyze SEO performance metrics and trends to inform optimizations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SEO initiatives align with broader performance goals.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in SEO or organic search roles.
  • Hands-on experience executing on-page SEO optimizations.
  • Experience conducting keyword research for SEO purposes.
  • Familiarity with technical SEO fundamentals, including site structure, indexation, crawlability, page speed, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Proficient in using Google Search Console.
  • Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
  • Ability to analyze organic performance using Google Analytics.
  • Background in performance marketing or digital marketing agencies.
  • English proficiency at B2 level or above.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in eCommerce SEO.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS).
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics.
