Senior Workday Integration Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Workday Integration Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will lead high-profile client projects, leveraging your expertise in Workday integrations to deliver impactful solutions. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with clients and third-party vendors to define, build, and test Workday integrations, ensuring seamless integration of cloud-based ERP systems.

What You'll Do

• Define, build, and test Workday integrations, utilizing your HCM and/or Financials experience.
• Oversee integration delivery and manage the integration approach for design and build.
• Act as the point person for integration in partnership with the Integration Director.
• Contribute to practice development by offering insights on integration approaches and design.
• Engage in business development activities, including pre-sales and bid development.
• Identify on-sell opportunities through existing client engagements.
• Participate in the continuous improvement of integration delivery and innovation.
• Actively contribute to the growth of the business by delivering sales opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Workday HCM.
• Experience with at least 2-3 full life cycle cloud system implementations or support of Workday post go-live.
• Consulting experience, preferably with a large consulting firm.
• Superior communication skills, both written and oral.
• Workday Integration Certification is preferred but not required.
