You will play a crucial role in driving bookings and revenue through strategic cross-selling campaigns within our existing customer base. What You'll Do

• Drive bookings and revenue through targeted cross-selling efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns aimed at promoting our educational products.
• Meet and exceed established sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
• Develop a deep understanding of our products to effectively communicate their value to customers.
• Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and sales data.
• Occasional domestic travel may be required to meet clients and attend events.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
• Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of professional work experience in a customer-facing role.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and eagerness to learn.
• Familiarity with CRM software and ability to analyze sales data.
• Excellent communication skills and a self-motivated, goal-oriented attitude.
