About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Web Designer to join our team at North. This Senior Web Designer remote position offers the opportunity to conceptualize, design, and deliver innovative and effective creative solutions across various media channels including print, web, and digital. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our marketing efforts in the payments industry.

What You'll Do

• Conceptualize and design creative solutions for print, web, and digital media channels.
• Proactively assess and suggest improvements for campaigns targeted at unique audiences.
• Manage multiple projects from inception to completion across various brands and mediums.
• Stay updated on company products and services to align with marketing goals.
• Participate in Marketing Department meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and creativity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in crafting best-in-class designs.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise and creativity.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality.
• Ability to innovate and think critically about design challenges.
• Knowledge of responsive design and user interface principles.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
