Senior Visual & UI Designer - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Visual & UI Designer - Remote to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Visual & UI Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create visually stunning and user-friendly designs that resonate with our audience.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for web and mobile applications, ensuring a cohesive visual language.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma and Photoshop.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement designs that meet user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the development of design systems and best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Visual & UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and Sketch.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
• Experience in creating responsive designs for mobile and web applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design and gamification principles.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and guidelines.
