About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping user experiences for our innovative SaaS products. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive and engaging interfaces that enhance user satisfaction and drive conversion rates.

What You'll Do

• Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
• Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma and Miro.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement design solutions that meet business goals.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design to continually improve our products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability testing methodologies.
• Experience in designing for SaaS products and web applications.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote team environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with HTML/CSS and web UI testing.
• Familiarity with Python and its application in design.
• Knowledge of conversion optimization strategies.
