About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our innovative team at TeamBuilder. This remote position is ideal for someone passionate about enhancing healthcare solutions through thoughtful design. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping user experiences that are not only functional but also visually appealing.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end user experiences for complex workflows, focusing on clarity and usability.
• Translate abstract or highly technical requirements into clear, usable interfaces.
• Lead UX thinking across discovery, ideation, prototyping, and final design.
• Create wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs that scale.
• Collaborate deeply with product managers and engineers to shape solutions early in the process.
• Advocate for usability, accessibility, and consistency across the product.
• Contribute to and evolve design systems and shared patterns.
• Use research, data, and qualitative feedback to inform design decisions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional UX/UI design experience on software products.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating thoughtful problem-solving for complex systems.
• Proven ability to design for multi-step workflows, data-dense interfaces, or enterprise tools.
• Excellent visual design skills paired with strong UX fundamentals.
• Advanced proficiency with industry-standard design tools such as Figma.
• Experience using analytics, usability testing, or research tools to inform design decisions.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing B2B, enterprise, or workflow-heavy products.
• Familiarity with design systems at scale.
• Exposure to usability testing or research practices.
