Senior UX/​UI Designer - Remote Contract Role

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team on a remote contract basis. In this role, you will enhance usability and design clarity across our product pages, dashboards, and marketing surfaces. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will not only focus on visual aesthetics but also understand product thinking, user flows, and conversion optimization. Your ability to translate business goals into clean, intuitive interfaces will be crucial in this position.

What You'll Do

• Audit existing TRD Data and website pages for usability and design inconsistencies.
• Improve spacing, typography hierarchy, and visual clarity across various interfaces.
• Redesign key product landing pages and dashboard entry points to enhance user experience.
• Help simplify navigation and effectively highlight product features.
• Create organized and developer-ready Figma files.
• Establish basic design system guidelines, including spacing rules, typography scale, and component patterns.
• Iterate designs based on feedback from product leadership and user engagement patterns.
• Provide guidance on improving subscription conversion through layout and messaging clarity.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern SaaS or data product designs.
• Experience designing dashboards or data-heavy interfaces.
• Deep understanding of layout systems, spacing principles, and typography.
• Highly proficient in Figma.
• Able to work within an existing brand while enhancing its design.
• Comfortable collaborating with product and engineering teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with media, publishing, or B2B products.
• Familiarity with analytics-driven design decisions.
