Senior UX/​UI Designer for FinTech Project - Remote

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team remotely and lead the design efforts of a high-impact fintech project. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about user-centered design and is ready to contribute to the modernization of complex applications in the financial domain. As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience and interface of our fintech client’s products.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design efforts for a fintech project, ensuring a user-centered approach.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma.
• Develop and maintain component libraries and design systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers.
• Utilize Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) for project management and documentation.
• Ensure designs are aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX/UI design.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio of user-centered design work.
• Solid experience with Figma, including component libraries and design systems.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence); familiarity with GitLab and Storybook.
• Experience with Material UI (MUI) is a strong plus.
• Strong graphic design skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working autonomously and managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in fintech or finance-related projects is highly valued.
• Strong English level is required.

Nice to Have

• Experience with logo design and branding.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards in design.
• Knowledge of front-end development principles.
