About the Role

• Utilize tools like Asana and Jira to track project progress and manage timelines.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project issues.
• Facilitate communication between teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
• Support the onboarding of new team members and provide training as needed.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management best practices.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Basecamp, or Jira.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or technical support is advantageous.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
