Senior UX Designer - Innovative FinTech Solutions

About the Role

BrainRocket is seeking a Senior UX Designer to join our innovative team in Lisbon. As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge products in the FinTech industry. This position is office-based, allowing for close collaboration with our talented team of designers, developers, and product managers.

What You'll Do

• Create intuitive, user- and business-centric designs that enhance the player experience and comply with regulatory standards.
• Conduct competitor research and usability testing to inform and justify design decisions.
• Build wireframes and prototypes in Figma to communicate design concepts clearly.
• Collaborate on the UX of new features while considering legal and compliance requirements.
• Design visually appealing interfaces following our design system.
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Dev, QA) to ensure the successful implementation of designs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of solid background in UX/UI design and market research, ideally in the gambling industry (highly desirable).
• Background working in product companies, with a deep understanding of product development cycles.
• Advanced skills in Figma and design systems.
• Strong information architecture, wireframing, and user research abilities.
• Ability to interpret data and turn it into actionable design insights.
• Experience designing for mobile apps and responsive web platforms.

Nice to Have

• A degree in User Experience Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is a plus.
