Senior User Acquisition Manager - Mobile Loyalty Apps
About the Role
We are seeking a talented Senior User Acquisition Manager for Mobile Loyalty Apps to join our dynamic team. This remote position allows you to make a real impact at scale while working with innovative mobile loyalty and rewards applications. As a Senior User Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth through effective user acquisition strategies, focusing on Google as the primary growth engine.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of Google App Campaigns, YouTube, and UAC for iOS/Android, ensuring a relentless focus on CPA, ROAS, and LTV.
- Activate and iterate on social media channels, particularly Meta, influencers, CTV, and other mobile channels as justified by impact.
- Run creative experimentation end-to-end, collaborating closely with the Design team to develop briefs, hypotheses, and rapid testing protocols.
- Build clean reporting dashboards and cohorts, pushing systematic optimizations for bids, budgets, audiences, geos, and placements.
- Partner with Product teams to align user acquisition strategies with features, onboarding flows, and monetization efforts.
- Manage relationships with partners, including ad networks and influencers, negotiating for optimal performance.
- Continuously test new channels, geos, and formats, establishing clear success criteria and kill rules for ineffective strategies.
Requirements
- 3-7+ years of experience in mobile user acquisition, specifically for loyalty/reward apps or closely related fields.
- Deep expertise in Google user acquisition strategies; proficiency in Meta is a strong plus.
- Proven track record of managing 7-figure monthly budgets and achieving efficiency targets at scale.
- Strong experimentation mindset with a focus on hypothesis-driven testing and disciplined decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills to present insights to senior stakeholders and collaborate effectively with Design and Product teams.
- Ownership mentality with a proactive approach to identifying and overcoming challenges.
