Senior UI Designer - Industrial AI Platform

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior UI Designer to join our dynamic team at a fast-growing AI startup in Porto. As a Senior UI Designer remote, your skills will not only enhance aesthetics but will also influence high-stakes decisions in global supply chains. What You'll Do

• Maintain and enhance the Figma component library, ensuring consistency across the product.
• Design high-quality UI elements that align with our brand and user experience goals.
• Prototype quickly using existing design assets to facilitate rapid iterations.
• Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment.
• Explore innovative UI directions and propose visual improvements to enhance user experience.
• Ensure usability, clarity, and alignment in every pixel of your designs.
• Drive visual coherence across screens and flows, making complex data visually intuitive.
• Shape the user-facing logic of our industrial AI platform as a key member of the design team.

Requirements

• Strong UI fundamentals and a keen visual attention to detail.
• Advanced skills in Figma, including components, auto-layout, and prototyping.
• Experience in evolving design systems and creating cohesive user experiences.
• Ability to iterate quickly and accept constructive feedback.
• Clear communication of design decisions to stakeholders.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or data-heavy UIs is a plus.
• Awareness of accessibility standards (contrast, keyboard flows, etc.).
