About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Technician - Waste Water Treatment Plant to join our team at Hartalega. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a leading manufacturing environment while ensuring compliance with environmental standards. As a Senior Technician - Waste Water Treatment Plant remote position, you will be responsible for maintaining scrubber treatment and wastewater treatment systems at optimal operating conditions.

What You'll Do

  • Maintain scrubber and wastewater treatment systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor plant parameters and equipment performance to meet operational standards.
  • Execute breakdown, preventive, and improvement maintenance for mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and modifications on machinery as required.
  • Conduct project work assigned by the plant engineer.
  • Manage downtime efficiently to maximize Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
  • Inspect and uphold 5S standards and proper maintenance of tooling and equipment.
  • Coordinate with other departments and plants for cross-functional activities.
  • Document maintenance work, records, and reports in compliance with ISO standards.
  • Participate in shift work, on-call duties, and training programs as scheduled.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wastewater treatment or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of scrubber and wastewater treatment systems.
  • Experience with mechanical and electrical maintenance.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and compliance.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to participate in shift work and on-call duties.
