About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Talent Partner - Product & Design (Remote) to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in product and design roles.
  • Strong understanding of product management, UX/UI design, and related fields.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with data-driven recruitment strategies and tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and design thinking principles is a plus.
