About the Role

LocalStack is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Talent Partner (GTM focus) to join our dynamic team. This Senior Talent Partner role offers the opportunity to work remotely from the United States, allowing you to contribute to our growth and success from anywhere. As a Senior Talent Partner, you will play a crucial role in shaping our talent acquisition strategies, focusing on go-to-market (GTM) initiatives, and ensuring we attract top talent to drive our business forward.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies that align with our GTM objectives.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on best practices for recruitment.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to refine our recruitment processes and improve candidate experience.
  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and engaging recruitment experience.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to keep our strategies competitive.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our visibility in the market.
  • Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on GTM roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling senior-level positions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
  • Passion for building diverse and inclusive teams.
