About the Role

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a focus on technology and SaaS.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and their application in recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
