What You'll Do

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions as a Senior Solutions Engineer remote.
• Design and implement innovative solutions using Confluent's platform to ensure seamless integration with customer systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer success and satisfaction.
• Conduct technical workshops and training sessions for clients to enhance their understanding of our products.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients post-implementation to ensure optimal use of our solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering or technical consulting role.
• Strong understanding of data streaming technologies and architectures.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Scala.
• Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Confluent Kafka or similar technologies.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
