About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in AI Agent development to join our team at Binance. What You'll Do
- Take ownership of the end-to-end fullstack development process of various user-facing applications.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to create tailored solutions.
- Optimize applications for top-level performance and user experience.

- Collaborate with a cross-functional team of developers, data scientists, product managers, designers, and operations teams to create impactful products.
Requirements
- 6+ years of relevant engineering experience at leading tech companies.
- Proficiency with TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and other web technologies.
- Experience in developing large-scale responsive web apps for multiple platforms, including low-end mobile devices.
- Proficiency with backend languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Experience with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
- Some experience with AI Agent development tools (Dify, LangChain, Mastra, OpenAI Agents SDK, etc.).
- Ability to maintain high velocity and ensure result delivery in ambiguous environments.

- Experience with project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with UX writing and data analytics.
