Senior Shopify Marketing Designer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Shopify Marketing Designer to join our dynamic team at Creative Forge LLC. This fully remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to the success of Shopify health and wellness brands. As a Senior Shopify Marketing Designer, you will play a crucial role in designing and optimizing conversion-driven Shopify experiences that help our clients scale their businesses to over $1 million per month in revenue.

What You'll Do

• Design and optimize Shopify websites and landing pages with a focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) and e-commerce user experience (UX).
• Translate marketing strategies and copy into high-performing designs that resonate with target audiences.
• Iterate on existing pages based on performance insights to continually improve conversion rates.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketers, and developers to ensure designs are build-ready and consistent across brand systems.
• Maintain a high standard of visual quality, usability, and measurable performance outcomes in all designs.
• Create email campaigns and blog visuals that align with brand guidelines and enhance customer engagement.
• Evolve and maintain a consistent visual language across all platforms.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior-level UX/UI design experience, preferably with a focus on Shopify.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce UX, CRO principles, and user behavior.
• Expert proficiency in Figma, including component systems, styles, auto-layout, and clean file organization.
• Familiarity with Canva and the ability to translate designs into a professional design system.
• Experience working closely with developers and preparing designs for handoff.
• Strong attention to detail, visual polish, and usability best practices.
• Excellent English communication skills, as collaboration is key in our remote environment.
• Full-time availability and ability to work efficiently within defined scopes.
