Senior Security Researcher - Generative AI - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Security Researcher - Generative AI - Remote to join our innovative team at Datadog. In this role, you will focus on identifying vulnerabilities and developing detection content for generative AI systems. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely while making a significant impact in the field of cloud security and offensive security.

What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive security research on generative AI technologies to identify vulnerabilities and potential threats.
• Develop and implement detection content to enhance security measures against zero-day threats and malware.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security practices into product development and program management.
• Utilize programming languages such as GO, Python, and Rust to create security tools and scripts.
• Engage in vulnerability discovery and root cause analysis to improve the security posture of our products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in security research, particularly in generative AI and cloud security.
• Strong programming skills in GO, Python, and Rust.
• Experience with vulnerability analysis, detection engineering, and threat intelligence.
• Proficiency in using SIEM tools and big data technologies for security monitoring.
• Excellent communication skills for technical presentations and product demonstrations.

Nice to Have

• Experience in penetration testing and exploit development.
• Familiarity with web technologies and browser security.
• Background in business operations or strategic alliances.
