About the Role

We are seeking a VP Quant Trader - Remote to join our dynamic team at Crypto.com. As a leader in the cryptocurrency space, you will be responsible for trading and managing risks associated with various crypto products, including spots and derivatives. This role offers the opportunity to develop and implement innovative trading strategies in fast-paced and complex trading environments.

What You'll Do

• Manage resources effectively to fulfill trading operations and tasks efficiently.
• Monitor and report daily market sentiment, risk exposures, profit & loss, and other key metrics.
• Perform post-trade analysis to enhance trading strategies and algorithmic performance.
• Collaborate with trading developers to improve pricing, trading, and booking logic.
• Leverage AI tools to boost work output and enhance trading decisions.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline from a top global university.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systematic or electronic trading environments.
• Proficient in Python, C++, or Java, with a strong interest in further developing technical skills.
• Exceptional analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
• Proven capability to perform efficiently under high-pressure situations.

Nice to Have

• Experience in cryptocurrency trading.
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI applications in trading.
• Strong communication skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
