People Ops Generalist - Remote Position at Eigen Labs

About the Role

Eigen Labs is seeking a People Ops Generalist to join our team in building the infrastructure for a more trustworthy internet. As a People Ops Generalist remote, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our People team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the department. This position focuses on delivering a positive employee experience from onboarding to engagement, providing administrative support, and assisting in the implementation of People Ops initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Own and continuously improve the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, role transitions, and offboarding.
• Partner with the VP of People and managers to support performance management processes, ensuring clarity and fairness across the company.
• Manage core People Operations processes, maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring data integrity across systems.
• Own the People Notion Hub and related documentation, proactively identifying opportunities to improve workflows and systems.
• Support engagement and culture initiatives, fostering a connected and inclusive workplace.
• Oversee day-to-day Seattle office operations, ensuring a welcoming and functional workplace experience.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or business operations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in HRIS and People tools, with experience in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, serving as a trusted point of contact for employees.
• A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset with a desire to continuously improve processes.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a tech or startup environment.
• Familiarity with blockchain or Web3 technologies.
