About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Performance Tester to join our team in a fully remote capacity. As a Salesforce Performance Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the scalability, reliability, and responsiveness of Salesforce applications. This position is ideal for someone with over 10 years of experience in performance testing, particularly in Salesforce environments.

What You'll Do

  • Develop performance test strategies specific to Salesforce applications on Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
  • Build and execute performance test scripts using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
  • Simulate user loads for Salesforce User Interface, Experience Cloud portals, API integrations, and batch/async processes.
  • Validate response times, throughput, latency, and document performance defects with detailed reproduction steps.
  • Capture, analyze, and report performance metrics related to Apex, SOQL queries, REST/SOAP APIs, and LWC Components.
  • Evaluate integration performances across external APIs and AWS/Snowflake data fetches.
  • Collaborate with developers and architects to optimize performance across code, configurations, and integrations.
  • Participate in Agile software development initiatives to support innovation and enhancement of applications.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of hands-on performance testing experience, specifically with Salesforce.
  • Expertise in QA Test management, including functional and non-functional testing.
  • Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber.
  • Strong understanding of API integration performance testing (REST, SOAP, GraphQL).
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical topics to diverse stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS).
  • Proficiency with data exchange tools and technologies including APIs.
  • Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Experience using JMeter for performance testing.
