Senior Salesforce Developer - Remote Position

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team remotely. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing innovative solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive digital transformation initiatives. This position requires at least 4–5 years of experience in Salesforce development, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions for our global clients.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to meet business needs.
• Customize and configure Salesforce environments to optimize performance and user experience.
• Develop components using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and solution optimization to ensure technical excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to deliver impactful results.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems and tools, including Git and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
• Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, and JavaScript.
• Experience in code debugging and solution analysis.
• Familiarity with integrations, Git, and CI/CD is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (C1 level required).

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications such as Platform App Builder and Platform Developer I.
• Other relevant Salesforce certifications are a plus.
