Brand Designer - Remote Role at Flex

About the Role

Flex is seeking a talented Brand Designer to build and scale our creative work. This Brand Designer remote position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our mission of re-architecting the financial system for entrepreneurs. You will help develop and evolve our brand identity across the entire Flex ecosystem, bringing that identity to life through multidimensional, future-forward designs that feel unmistakably Flex.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure Creative Excellence: Build a Flex brand that is five-star, consistent across visual channels, and thoughtful, ensuring high-performing creative results focused on brand-building and revenue.
• Hands-on Creation: Manage creative work as both a hands-on and strategic designer, utilizing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Midjourney.
• Customer Driven Logic: Continuously evolve the Flex brand to appeal to the correct audience across all channels.
• Culture: Foster a human-first team environment that prioritizes imagination and innovation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive impactful campaigns and projects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience in a B2B, high-growth environment.
• A portfolio showcasing your work across web design, social content, ads, and event designs.
• Strong competency in creative software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Midjourney.
• Video editing skills to create cohesive, polished, on-brand videos.
• Excellent time-management and communication skills.
• Experience with AI tools in design workflows.

Nice to Have

• 3D rendering and motion skills.
• Prior experience in influencer marketing campaigns.
