• Build talent market intelligence by continuously mapping competitors and monitoring market shifts to enhance hiring strategies.
• Partner with stakeholders including recruiters and hiring managers to refine role requirements and align priorities.
• Master agility by rapidly onboarding to new searches and flexibly adapting sourcing strategies based on changing business needs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of sourcing experience in high-growth, US-headquartered tech startups.
• Proven track record in sourcing hard-to-find go-to-market (GTM) talent.
• Strong analytical skills to track pipeline metrics and optimize strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust as a strategic partner.
• Agility, curiosity, and persistence in navigating fast-paced environments.
