Senior Retail Media Manager - Remote Opportunity at THG

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Retail Media Manager to join our dynamic team at THG. This remote opportunity allows you to drive the success of key brand partnerships and media strategies across our beauty categories. You will be instrumental in shaping how top brands utilize our retail media offerings to optimize their strategies and performance on Cult Beauty.

What You'll Do

• Own the retail media strategy for Skin, Body, and Fragrance categories, ensuring alignment with commercial goals.
• Lead media planning conversations as part of joint business planning (JBP) with brand partners.
• Define how media supports discovery, consideration, and conversion on our platform.
• Guide the use of sponsored products and paid social media to bolster campaign performance.
• Manage a team of Category Managers and Executives, setting best-practice frameworks for brand engagement.
• Use shopper and sales data to inform strategic recommendations and demonstrate the value of onsite media.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years of experience in retail media, eCommerce, or digital commerce strategy.
• Strong experience working with key brand partners or strategic accounts.
• Deep understanding of eCommerce metrics and onsite retail media formats.
• Proficient in digital advertising platforms such as Criteo, META, and TikTok.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience with storytelling and presentation skills for senior stakeholders.
• Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and media analytics skills.
