Senior Project Advisor - Systems Engineering (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Project Advisor - Systems Engineering to join our dynamic team in a remote capacity. In this role, you will have the opportunity to innovate, achieve, and lead while working for one of the world’s largest providers of products and services to the global energy industry. You will manage large internal, outsourced, or customer-funded projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications and are delivered on time.

What You'll Do

• Manage one or more large projects involving multiple disciplines and departments.
• Develop and negotiate project charters and scopes, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Conduct financial analyses and manage project budgets effectively.
• Oversee project activities across functional groups and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with technical specifications and manage project creep.
• Collaborate with engineering functions such as procurement and test evaluation.
• Provide training and awareness to team members regarding project goals and expectations.

Requirements

• A minimum of 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 6-11 years in project management.
• Completion of an undergraduate degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage large teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for reporting and presentations.
• Proven experience in managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience with wireline and perforating services.
• Advanced project management certifications (PMP, etc.).
• Familiarity with energy industry regulations and compliance standards.
