About the Role

We are seeking a talented Brand and Design Lead to join Speexx in a fully remote capacity. As the Brand and Design Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our visual identity and ensuring that our brand resonates across all channels. This position combines creative vision with operational excellence, making it an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about design and branding.

What You'll Do

  • Own and evolve Speexx’s visual brand, including guidelines and the design system, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Lead the production design team, setting priorities, workflows, and quality standards to deliver fast and reliably at scale.
  • Drive creative direction and execution for major marketing initiatives across web, campaigns, lifecycle, paid media, events, and video.
  • Build scalable production systems, including templates, modular asset kits, and repeatable formats that increase output and consistency.
  • Establish AI- and automation-enabled design workflows that improve speed and quality while staying brand-safe and compliant.
  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, and Growth Marketing to enable execution through component libraries, templates, and dynamic formats.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and advisor to international marketing teams, ensuring brand excellence across regions and teams.
  • Stay updated on design, AI, and marketing trends, translating them into practical improvements for Speexx.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years leading creative or marketing teams in a cross-functional environment.
  • Proven brand and digital marketing design experience with a portfolio showcasing strong systems thinking and multi-channel execution.
  • Strong command of modern digital design workflows, from concept and brand systems to high-quality production across various media.
  • Working knowledge of performance-oriented marketing design, including fast iteration and modularity.
  • AI literacy applied to creative production, including building repeatable, brand-safe workflows.
  • Solid understanding of quality control, licensing and usage rights, data privacy, and brand governance in an enterprise/B2B context.
  • Excellent English communication skills; German is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI tools for design automation.
  • Familiarity with various design software and tools.
  • Previous experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
