About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team at LucidLink. This remote position offers the chance to shape the future of our cloud-native file streaming platform, enabling distributed teams to work with massive files in real time. As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll play a crucial role in translating complex product features into clear solutions and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and revenue.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a strong understanding of LucidLink’s technology and customer workflows through close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
  • Own the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for features and solutions, including positioning, messaging, and launch planning.
  • Work with sales enablement to create competitive materials and support strategic deals.
  • Translate technical concepts into compelling stories for various audiences, from practitioners to senior decision-makers.
  • Help shape and scale Product Marketing by establishing repeatable frameworks for launch and measurement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, particularly with complex products like infrastructure or workflow-heavy systems.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex product value to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in go-to-market strategy and execution, not just messaging.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity and evolving structures.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the Media & Entertainment industry.
  • Familiarity with creating customer stories and case studies.
  • Background in competitive analysis and market positioning.
