About the Role

At Anchorage Digital, we are building the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. We are seeking a Senior Product Marketing Leader - Stablecoins (Remote) to own market strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution for our stablecoin infrastructure and cross-border payment offerings. This role is pivotal in shaping category narrative, enabling revenue growth, and positioning Anchorage Digital as the trusted institutional partner for stablecoin infrastructure.

What You'll Do

  • Drive positioning and go-to-market strategy for stablecoin issuance and correspondent banking, translating complex infrastructure into clear institutional value.
  • Build scalable messaging, enablement, and competitive frameworks that equip teams to articulate differentiation and win in the market.
  • Lead strategy and execution across cross-functional initiatives, influencing product direction and delivering revenue impact.
  • Manage ambiguity and competing priorities across launches, partnerships, and deals while aligning customer needs and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with business line leads, product, and sales teams to build product narratives and integrate stablecoin offerings into platform strategy.
  • Listen to customers, sales, and market signals to surface insights that shape strategy, messaging, and roadmap input.
  • Contribute clear, authoritative perspectives that influence stakeholders, guide decision-making, and strengthen Anchorage’s market leadership.

Requirements

  • A track record of shaping positioning and go-to-market for complex financial or crypto infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives and influence product and revenue strategy.
  • Executive-level communication and stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Experience in start-up or high growth environments.
  • Ability to translate technical and regulatory depth into market leadership.
