What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to release as a Senior Product Manager remote.
• Partner with leadership to define visions for new solutions and transform strategic goals into actionable product solutions.
• Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve measurable outcomes and drive product success.
• Utilize strong analytical skills to make data-informed decisions that enhance product performance.
• Build automations to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Engage effectively with stakeholders through strong communication skills.
• Work independently and manage your time effectively while collaborating with remote teams across different time zones.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product or Project Manager in a digital or tech-driven company.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing product lifecycles.
• Deep understanding of product and project management practices.
• Strong organizational, planning, and delivery skills.
• Experience in business process optimization and digital transformation.
• Previous experience as a Business Analyst is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in IT support services or related fields.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of user experience design principles.
