Senior Product Manager - Growth & Marketing for Crypto Exchange

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to join our team at BitMEX, a leading crypto derivatives exchange. This Senior Product Manager remote position will allow you to drive product initiatives from conception through execution, making significant impacts on our global trading platform.

What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough research into competitors and gather client feedback through Sales and Customer Support teams to identify product gaps and opportunities for the exchange.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to optimize the execution of the product roadmap.
• Regularly launch new products and features, assessing their performance and iterating based on feedback.
• Oversee the full delivery process from idea generation to execution, ensuring collaboration with relevant teams across the business, including FinProd, Product Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Support, and Legal.
• Act as the crucial cross-functional link between business strategy and engineering teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Development/Management experience within trading, financial products, or the FinTech space.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sciences or Engineering preferred.
• Ability to translate customer needs into business objectives and product requirements.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of derivative trading is required.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Product Manager level position.
