Senior Product Manager - Derivative Trading Growth & UX

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (Derivative Trading Growth & UX) to join our team at BitMEX. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead product initiatives that significantly impact our global trading platform. As a Senior Product Manager, you will champion product development, ensuring that we deliver exceptional trading experiences for sophisticated retail traders.

What You'll Do

• Conduct research into competitors and gather client feedback to identify product gaps and opportunities for our exchange.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to optimize the execution of the product roadmap.
• Regularly launch new products and features, assessing their performance and iterating as necessary.
• Oversee the full delivery process from idea generation to execution, ensuring collaboration with relevant teams across the business.
• Act as a crucial link between business strategy and engineering teams, working alongside design, sales, marketing, and customer support.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Development/Management experience within trading, financial products, or the FinTech space.
• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Sciences or Engineering preferred.
• Ability to translate customer needs into business objectives and product requirements.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of derivative trading is required.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for a Product Manager level position.
