Senior Product Designer - Workflow Builder (AI & Agentic Orchestration)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer - Workflow Builder (AI & Agentic Orchestration) to join our innovative team at Camunda. This remote role allows you to work from anywhere within the timezone range UTC -5 to UTC +5:30. As a leader in enterprise agentic automation, Camunda is transforming how businesses orchestrate complex processes, and we need your expertise to enhance our workflow modeling and orchestration builder experiences.

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive and low-friction workflows that cater to both expert/pro-code users and no-/low-code personas.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering teams to improve end-to-end user journeys across the platform.
• Utilize your hands-on AI/agentic experience design to create trustworthy AI assistance features.
• Drive progress and take initiative in shaping the user experience for our powerful orchestration capabilities.
• Work on high-impact problems that enhance the usability of production-ready workflows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing complex enterprise B2B software with a focus on simplified, welcoming UX.
• Strong UX craft in workflow/automation builders or visual editors.
• Proficiency in using design tools like Figma.
• Ability to communicate design rationale effectively and validate designs through customer feedback.
• Experience in designing for both expert and novice users in a coherent experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with orchestration/workflow/automation platforms.
• Familiarity with in-context testing and data visibility.
• Relevant education in HCI, Interaction Design, or Computer Science.
