About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer - UI/UX to join our innovative team at Mogi I/O. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely and lead the design of intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling user experiences for AI-powered platforms. As a Senior Product Designer, you will be responsible for the entire UX design process, from research to high-fidelity UI, ensuring that our products meet user needs and business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end UX design for enterprise and data-intensive applications.
  • Conduct UX research including user interviews, journey mapping, personas, and usability testing.
  • Translate complex analytical and business requirements into intuitive user flows.
  • Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI mockups.
  • Create and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
  • Ensure responsive, accessible, and WCAG-compliant designs.
  • Collaborate with frontend developers for accurate UI implementation.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and design reviews.
  • Continuously improve product usability based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Stay current with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in UI/UX design and development.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX and UI execution.
  • Hands-on expertise with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
  • Solid understanding of UX research, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Experience designing complex, data-driven or enterprise platforms (preferred).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for collaboration.
  • Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).

  • Experience with advanced prototyping tools.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
  • Familiarity with data analytics and its application in design.
