What You'll Do

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools like Figma.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
• Develop and maintain design systems to ensure consistency across products.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to a culture of design excellence.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in product design.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to product strategy discussions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a product designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and final deliverables.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Understanding of design systems and best practices in UX/UI design.

Nice to Have

• Experience in SaaS product design.
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
