Senior Product Designer - Growth Pricing

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer - Growth Pricing to join our dynamic team at Stripe. As a key member of our Growth Design team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing user experiences and driving the adoption of Stripe's financial products. This remote position offers you the chance to work with a cross-functional team dedicated to simplifying payment processes for millions of businesses worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Reimagine pricing packages for Stripe, simplifying and streamlining product offerings for users.
• Design beautiful experiences that bridge our marketing and dashboard products, ensuring a seamless transition for new users.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and marketers to create user-friendly onboarding journeys that activate new users effectively.
• Champion design principles within the Growth team, demonstrating how design efforts contribute to user experience goals.
• Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with leadership to foster a culture of feedback and improvement.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant design experience at a tech or product-driven company.
• Experience designing onboarding journeys or growth-related domains.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to align stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive with significant autonomy and responsibility.
• Deep curiosity about product design and a willingness to engage in hands-on problem-solving.
