About the Role

Splice is hiring a full-time Senior Product Designer, Growth to join our innovative team. This Senior Product Designer remote position allows you to work from anywhere in the USA, contributing to the growth of our cutting-edge products. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping user experiences that drive engagement and retention.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design process for growth initiatives, focusing on user-centered design principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and strategy.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that align with business goals.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on growth.
• Proven track record of designing successful user experiences for digital products.
• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment.

• Experience in B2B SaaS or tech industry.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic front-end development.
