Senior Product Designer - FinTech Neobank

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Product Designer remote to join First Circle, one of the fastest-growing fintech companies in the Philippines. As a Senior Product Designer remote, you will play a crucial role in transforming access to credit for underserved SMEs and shaping the next chapter of our innovative neobank.

What You'll Do

• Design user-centered products that enhance the overall customer experience, ensuring solutions are functional and aesthetically pleasing.
• Take ownership of significant product areas of our SME NeoBank platform, including credit, payments, FX, corporate credit cards, and payroll.
• Push the boundaries of our design aesthetic and visual identity, translating our brand into our products for a world-class customer experience.
• Lead customer-centric discovery work and collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop highly differentiated experiences through concepts, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Actively contribute to and champion the design system and processes, ensuring we scale without sacrificing quality.
• Support the growth of junior designers on the team, sharing your expertise and helping to build a strong design culture.
• Engage in strategic discussions to champion design influence across product teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• 4–7 years of professional design experience, preferably in fintech or the SME space.
• Ability to design great experiences across iOS, Android, and responsive web platforms.
• Strong opinions on design, UX, and craft, with the ability to articulate and defend them clearly.
• Exceptional attention to detail and thoughtfulness in your work.
• Comfortable handling ambiguity and challenging answers to move the work in the right direction.
• Actively seek feedback and present ideas clearly and with conviction.

Nice to Have

• Experience in leading design projects from concept to execution.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of user research methodologies.
