About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer (Remote) to join our innovative team at Crypto.com. In this role, you will lead the design of engaging customer journeys for our Predictions platform, transforming complex problems into simple, elegant solutions. Your expertise will help shape products that millions rely on, driving trust and confidence in the rapidly evolving crypto and financial ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Lead the end-to-end design of complex features from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with user needs and business goals.
• Translate complex or technical problems into intuitive, scalable experiences across web and mobile platforms.
• Create visually stunning and highly interactive designs that resonate with users, demonstrating a keen eye for detail.
• Conduct detailed user research and insights to guide design decisions, collaborating closely with product and engineering teams.
• Communicate the rationale behind design choices clearly, fostering alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Utilize your experience in designing for sportsbook or prediction platforms to influence product direction.
• Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, operating with curiosity, ownership, and initiative.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer, with a proven track record in sportsbook or prediction market products.
• Mastery of the full product design process, from user research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and production-ready assets.
• Expert proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools.
• Strong foundation in responsive and mobile-first design principles.
• Ability to design data-heavy workflows, translating technical concepts into approachable interfaces.
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with product, engineering, and other teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cryptocurrency or financial tools.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards in design.
• Knowledge of analytics tools to iterate based on user feedback.
