Senior Product Designer - AI Assistant Experience

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Product Designer to join our team at Lindy, where you will help shape the future of our AI assistant. As a Senior Product Designer remote, you will craft and refine the core Lindy Assistant experience, ensuring it meets the needs of our users effectively.

What You'll Do

• Lead user research and usability testing sessions to gather insights and iterate on designs.
• Define, prototype, design, and iterate on a magical product, from micro-interactions to the end-to-end visual language.
• Collaborate closely with the founder, product, and engineering teams to navigate trade-offs and create a world-class product.
• Build a deep understanding of our users and their jobs to be done, ensuring the product seamlessly integrates into their lives.
• Communicate design decisions effectively and advocate for user-centered design principles.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a product designer, with a strong focus on visual design and branding.
• A passion for building and delivering exceptional products.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to work in our San Francisco office 4 days a week.

Nice to Have

• Experience with web technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.
