Senior Process Transformation Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Process Transformation Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying process and operations improvement opportunities and driving the implementation of appropriate initiatives. As a Senior Process Transformation Specialist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of our operations.

What You'll Do

• Maintain and regularly update the methodological framework for analyzing the Bank’s processes and preparing optimization proposals.
• Act as a Competence Center for Lean & Six Sigma practices, providing relevant training to other teams within the Bank.
• Lead various Process Transformation programs to identify areas with optimization potential and execute approved process reengineering projects.
• Oversee the implementation of prioritized initiatives, ensuring adherence to the originally agreed scope, objectives, and benefits.
• Propose new system implementations, extensions to existing systems, or organizational changes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist various teams with small to medium-sized productivity improvement initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest technology trends in process automation and technological innovations to propose appropriate solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in process transformation or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of Lean & Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Experience with process automation technologies is a plus.

• Certification in Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies.
