About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Power Platform Developer to join our dynamic team at Capgemini. This remote position empowers you to design, develop, and optimize enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate. As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you'll play a crucial role in helping leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable world.

What You'll Do

  • Design and develop Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and custom controls.
  • Build robust automation using Power Automate.
  • Create data models, relationships, and business rules in Dataverse.
  • Implement integrations using standard and premium connectors, REST APIs, and Azure components.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable and secure applications.
  • Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and governance.

Requirements

  • Experience with data access patterns: Entity Framework Core, LINQ; ability to optimize database interactions.
  • Proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, HTTP, and secure API design.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security concepts (identity, secrets, encryption, network controls).
  • Proficiency with Git and modern branching/PR workflows.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in mentoring and guiding junior developers.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Knowledge of additional Microsoft technologies.
