What You'll Do

• Provide expert advice on frames and fittings, ensuring each patient receives personalized care.
• Assist with day-to-day practice tasks, including managing displays and equipment upkeep.
• Support patients with frame styling, lens choices, fittings, adjustments, and aftercare.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and positive patient experience from start to finish.
• Build trust with patients by offering honest advice and demonstrating a genuine interest in their needs.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in optics is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a caring attitude towards patients.
• Ability to work part-time, covering 23 hours per week, including some Saturdays.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for helping others.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Nice to Have

• Experience with specific frame brands such as Silhouette, Ray-Ban, and Ralph Lauren.
• Knowledge of managing complex prescriptions.
• Previous retail experience in a customer-facing role.
